New domain registrations including 3 email addresses registered to server1.gds-au.com will be charged at $600 per annum (ex GST)

$30 per month + $20 per 3 email addresses = $50 per month ($600 p/a ex GST)

Admin Charge $5 per account issued to client.

Standard GST of 10% is added to each invoice at time of invoicing.

Charged Annually $660 (Admin fee waived) Including GST

Charged monthly $50 + Admin charge $5 = $55.50 per month, including GST

Charged quarterly $150 + Admin charge $5 = $176 per quarter, including GST

Charged 6 monthly $300 + Admin charge $5 = $335.50 per 6 months, including GST

On-seller earns 30% of invoiced sale price.

Domains registered for more than 12 months attract a 20% reduction in fees for the total period of registration with the Registrant.

N.B. In this case, the total period of registration must be paid at the outset of this contract.

Website development will be available in the last quarter of 2006 from a company sub-contractor. Fees and charges for this service are yet to be determined.
